On 14th – 16th July 2021, ICED attended and had three (3) presentations at the 2nd Online Symposium on Circular Economy and Sustainability. Annually, the symposium is organized by Department of Environmental Engineering, Democritus University, Thrace at Alexandroupolis in Greece, however, it has moved online due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hong Quan, Director of Institute for Circular Economy Development is a member of the scientific committee of this symposium. He is also a chair of the Session 11 at the symposium.

Presentation 2: Factors Influencing Reverse Logistics Adoption for Electronics Producers in Singapore – presented by MSc. Tran Thi Diem Phuc

Presentation 3: Valorization of by-products and biomass amongst agricultural sectors in Vietnam – A circular economy perspective – presented by Dr. Nguyen Minh Tu
