VIOn 16th June 2022, the Institute for Circular Economy Development (ICED) met with a representative of Royal HaskoningDHV to discuss potential collaborative opportunities between the two organizations.
Participants of ICED’s side include Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hong Quan (Director), Dr. Le Quang Dung, and MSc. Le Ba Nhat Minh. On the Royal HaskoningDHV’s side, there was the presence of Mr. Vadym Sheronov (Managing Director Vietnam) and Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Nga.
On behalf of ICED, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hong Quan introduced the Institute’s vision, mission, and main activities. Mr. Vadym Sheronov also presented about the company’s related projects. Then both sides discussed in-depth potential collaboration, pooled and leveraged each other’s resources to jointly develop projects oriented towards the principles of the circular economy. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hong Quan agrees with Mr. Vadym Sheronov that in terms of circular economy and development, it needs joint efforts from different stakeholders. Therefore, with a broad network, ICED is ready to connect Royal HaskoningDHV to related units to implement projects effectively.
The meeting achieved good results as expected, ICED and Royal HaskoningDHV agreed on a roadmap for cooperation shortly related to circular economy.
